Do I train on weekends? Yes! I deliver sessions on Saturday mornings.
How many times a week do I have to train with you? This all comes down to your goals, times you have an available and budget.
Do you offer nutritional advice? Of course, just ask!
Do I need to be fit to start? No! The best thing about personal training is the training is specifically tailored to your fitness levels.
How many sessions do I need to book? You can book 1 session up to 18 session, whatever work’s best for you.
Where do sessions take place? Online: (Zoom, WhatsApp), Indoor: Highbury fitness first, Outdoors: local parks & gardens.
What's your cancellation policy? Please allow 24hrs before cancelling to allow me to fill your slot. Not doing this will forfeit your session.
