 "I'm Troy, an online coach and personal trainer based in North London and North Hertfordshire, offering personalised fitness training and nutrition programs. With over 17 years of experience, I've helped individuals of all ages achieve and exceed their fitness goals. As a former club rugby player and BAFA Premier Division American Football athlete, I now compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, continuing my passion for fitness and performance."
